Brewery Description: You hear Sumo you think big. So thats what we did. 4 hour boil to build a strong body, we then rested this for 5 days on Sumatra Coffee, Cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla bean. The outcome is just that, BIG flavors. Sneaky smooth and very drinkable for this high of an ABV beer.
