Brewery Description: This year's small-batch, experimental brews consist of:
1) Baltic Porter aged in bourbon and red wine barrels with roasted malt, hints of dark chocolate, and subtle red wine tannins. 11.5% ABV
2) Chai Imperial Stout bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with chai spices, notes of dark chocolate, and roasted coffee with warming cinnamon and clove. 12% ABV
3) Carrot Cake Belgian-Style Strong Ale bourbon barrel-aged bright Belgian enhanced by bready carrot cake aroma and flavor in collaboration with @blackberryfarmbrewery. 12.2% ABV
