Brewery Description: We worked with our good friends at Live Oak Brewing out of Austin, Texas, one of the greatest lager producers in the country, to craft a fine Italian pilsner for the people! By triple decocting Eraclea Pils malt, heavily hopping with Perle, and lagering extra long, we’ve built a pilsner that is both rich and velvety, but also crisp and bright.
